Submit a code list

If you have a phenotype code list that you would like to be included in the Repository, please contact Matthew Jay in the first instance to check if your list is eligible for inclusion. We will then advise on how to ensure your code list meets the Repository’s design principles before carrying out the checks necessary prior to inclusion.
